Returns & Exchanges
How do I make a return?
1. Log in to our website with your email address.
2. Select the product you want to return and click "Return".
3. We will then send a shipping note to your email.
Does it cost to return an item?
Yes, the return cost is SEK 69.
How long do I have to return an item?
When ordering from our website, you have 14 days to return the product after receiving your order. If the return is approved, a return fee of SEK 69 will be charged. It is important that the product is returned in its original condition. See “Terms of Use” for more information.

Size exchanges are free.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We start processing your order as soon as it is placed, making it difficult to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us immediately at info@purefit.se and we will do our best to help you.

Right now we offer payment via:

Do you have gift cards?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have gift cards, but it is something we are working on.
How long is your delivery time?
We always work to ship your order as quickly as possible. Your order is usually processed within 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation, and delivery within Sweden is usually within 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be longer than usual, especially during periods of high demand, holidays and any promotions.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email for my order?
It is very important to make sure that you enter the correct email address. Also check your spam folder and double check that your inbox is not full. If the problem persists, email us at info@purefit.se with your details and we will help you.
Can I track my package?
When you receive your order confirmation, you will also receive a tracking link for your package.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from XS to XL. You will find our size guide on each product page to help you choose the right size.
How do I wash my workout clothes?
To extend the life of your workout clothes, we recommend washing them at 30 degrees, without fabric softener, and letting them air dry. Avoid tumble drying and ironing to preserve the functionality of the material.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect or defective item?
If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@purefit.se as soon as possible with pictures and a description of the problem, and we will help you further.
